Ingredientes para un tarro:
2 manzanas
60ml. de agua mineral
2,5gr. de zumo de limón
15gr. de azúcar normal
Preparación:
Pelar las manzanas, quitarles las semillas y partirlas en trozos pequeños de unos 2 ó 3cm. Poner en un cazo las manzanas cortadas, el agua, el zumo de limón y azúcar, tapar el cazo y dejar cocer hasta que la manzana esté blanda (unos 30 minutos). Pasado el tiempo, triturar. Pasar la compota a un tarro y meter en el frigorífico.
Esta compota viene muy bien para rellenar cupcakes de manzana o cualquier sabor que penséis que combinen.
Esto se puede hacer con cualquier fruta?

Lo puedes hacer tambien de pera, melocotón, ciruela y naranja, pero esta ultima no se le pondría agua, solo azucar y miel... Supongo que habrán mas frutas con las que se puedan hacer, pero estas son las que se yo. :)
